Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VII, § 1. Primary decomposition of linear representations

Assume that V is finite dimensional and that condition (AC) is satisfied. Let k′k' be an extension of kk. Assume that, for all s∈Ss\in S, the endomorphism r(s)⊗1r(s)\otimes 1 of V⊗kk′V\otimes_kk' is triangularizable. Let P′P' be the set of maps from S to k′k'. Then V⊗kk′=∑λ′∈P′(V⊗kk′)λ′(S)V\otimes_kk'=\sum_{\lambda'\in P'}(V\otimes_kk')^{\lambda'}(S).

Let r′:S→r': S\rightarrow End(V⊗kk′\otimes_kk') be the map defined by rr. If s1,s2∈Ss_1, s_2\in S, there exists an integer nn such that (ad r(s1)r(s_1))nr(s2)=0^nr(s_2) = 0, hence (ad r′(s1)r'(s_1))nr′(s2)=0^nr'(s_2) = 0. It now suffices to apply Th. 1.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
