Let B be a basis of R. A lattice $\mathscr{H}$ in $\mathfrak{h}$ is permissible if and only if $H_{\alpha}\in \mathscr{H}$ and $\alpha (\mathscr{H})\subset \mathbf{Z}$ for all $\alpha \in B$ .
