Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 12. Chevalley orders

By Prop. 5 of §4, no. 4, there exists a unique automorphism θ\theta of g\mathfrak{g} such that θ(xα)=yα\theta (x_{\alpha}) =y_{\alpha} and θ(yα)=xα\theta (y_{\alpha}) =x_{\alpha} for all α∈B\alpha \in B, and θ(h)=−h\theta (h) =-h for all h∈hh\in \mathfrak{h}; we have θ2=1\theta^2= 1. By construction of U\mathscr{U}, we see that the automorphism of U(g)U(\mathfrak{g}) that extends θ\theta leaves U\mathscr{U} stable.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
