Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 12. Chevalley orders

Chevalley orders in (g,h)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}) always exist. Indeed, the Chevalley orders are the sets of the form H⊕∑α∈RZXα\mathscr{H}\oplus \sum_{\alpha\in R}\mathbf{Z}X_{\alpha}, where (Xα)α∈R(X_{\alpha})_{\alpha\in R} is a Chevalley system in (g,h)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}) and H\mathscr{H} is a lattice in h\mathfrak{h} such that

Q(R∨)⊂H⊂P(R∨)⊕c Q(R^{\vee})\subset \mathscr{H}\subset P(R^{\vee})\oplus \mathfrak{c}

(c(\mathfrak{c} being the centre of g)\mathfrak{g}).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
