Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 5. Finitely generated projective modules. Invertible fractional ideals

Let (fi)i∈I(f_i)_{i \in I} be a finite family of elements of a ring AA, generating the ideal AA of AA. The ring B=∏i∈IAiB = \prod_{i \in I} A_i, is then a faithfully flat AA*-module*.

By § 2, no. 4, Theorem 1, each of the AiA_i is a flat AA-module, hence so is BB (Chapter I, § 2, no. 3, Proposition 2). On the other hand, if pp is a prime ideal of AA, there exists an index ii such that fi∉pf_i \notin p and pfi=pAfip_{f_i} = pA_{f_i} is therefore a prime ideal of AfiA_{f_i}. Then pB⊂pAfi×∏j≠iAj≠BpB \subset pA_{f_i} \times \prod_{j \neq i} A_j \neq B since pAfi≠AfipA_{f_i} \neq A_{f_i}; this suffices to imply that BB is a faithfully flat AA-module (Chapter I, § 3, no. 1, Proposition 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
