Topological Vector Spaces, chapter II, § 3. The Hahn-Banach Theorem (analytic form)

— Let pp be a semi-norm on the vector space EE. Given a point x0∈Ex_0 \in E, there exists a linear form ff defined over EE, such that f(x0)=p(x0)f(x_0) = p(x_0) and that ∣f(x)∣≤p(x)|f(x)| \leq p(x) for all x∈Ex \in E.

Apply cor. 1 to the vector subspace, VV, generated by x0x_0 and to the linear form ξx0↦ξp(x0)\xi x_0 \mapsto \xi p(x_0) defined over VV.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
