Algebra, VIII, p. 137, § 8. Semisimple Rings

Let K be a commutative field, and let A be a semisimple algebra over K. Then there exist K-algebras D1,...,DsD_1, . . . ,D_s that are fields and integers r1⩾1,...,rs⩾1r_1\geqslant 1, . . . , r_s\geqslant 1 such that the K-algebra A is isomorphic to the product ∏i=1sMri(Di)\prod^s_{i=1}\mathbf{M}_{r_i}(D_i).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
