Algebra, VIII, p. 254, § 14. Central Simple Algebras

Let ff and gg be homomorphisms from B to A. The following conditions are equivalent:

(i) The (B,A)(B,A)-bimodules AfA^f and AgA^g are isomorphic.

(ii) There exists an inner automorphism (I, §8, No. 4, p. 102, Example 2) θ\theta of A such that g=θ∘fg=\theta \circ f.

The automorphisms of the right A-module AdA_d are the mappings x↦axx\mapsto ax, where aa is an invertible element of A. Such an automorphism is a B-linear mapping from AfA^f to AgA^g if and only if we have

g(b)ax=af(b)x g(b)ax=af(b)x

for every xx in A and every bb in B. This relation is equivalent to g(b)=af(b)a−1g(b) =af(b)a^{-1} for every bb in B, that is, to g=θ∘fg=\theta \circ f, where θ\theta is the inner automorphism x↦axa−1x\mapsto axa^{-1} of A.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
