Algebra, VIII, p. 261, § 14. Central Simple Algebras

Suppose that the field K is algebraically closed and that A is a simple algebra of finite degree over K. Let B be a simple subalgebra of A, and let B′B' be the commutant of B in A. Then B′B' is a simple K-algebra, B is the commutant of B′B', we have [A:K]=[B:K][B′:K][A : K] = [B : K][B': K], and the canonical homomorphism from B⊗KB′B\otimes_KB' to A is a K-algebra isomorphism.

Since every simple algebra of finite degree over K is central, the corollary follows from Theorems 5 and 6.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
