Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, VIII, 257

We use the notations of Chap. VI, Plate I, in the case of an algebra g\mathfrak{g} of type A2A_2. Let n,pn, p be integers ≥0\geq 0.

a)P(nα1+pα2)=1+a)\mathfrak{P}(n\alpha_1+p\alpha_2) = 1 + inf(n,pn, p).

b) Let λ=nϖ1+pϖ2\lambda =n\varpi_1+p\varpi_2. Then dim E(λ)=12(n+1)(p+1)(n+p+2)E(\lambda ) =\frac{1}{2}(n+ 1)(p+ 1)(n+p+ 2). The multiplicity of the weight 0 of E(λ)E(\lambda ) is 0 if λ\lambda is not radical, i.e. if n≢pn\not\equiv p (mod. 3); if λ\lambda is radical, it is 1 + inf(n,pn, p).
