Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter IX, § 6. Integration on compact Lie groups

Let H be a closed subgroup of G.

a) The canonical injection Ω(G/H)G→Ω(G/H)\Omega (G/H)^G\rightarrow \Omega (G/H) is a homotopism.

b) The complex Ω(G/H)G\Omega (G/H)^G can be identified with the subcomplex of Alt(g\mathfrak{g}) consisting of the elements ω\omega of Alt(g\mathfrak{g}) that are invariant under the adjoint representation of H and are such that i(ξ)ω=0i(\xi )\omega = 0 for all ξ∈L(H)\xi \in L(H). If, in addition, H is connected, this subcomplex consists of the ω∈\omega \in Alt(g\mathfrak{g}) such that θ(ξ)ω=0\theta (\xi )\omega = 0 and i(ξ)ω=0i(\xi )\omega = 0 for all ξ∈L(H)\xi \in L(H).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
