Topologie algébrique, chapter III, § 1. Homotopies, homéotopies

Let X be a topological space and let (Yj)j∈J(Y_j)_{j\in J} be a family of topological spaces. The mapping of [X;∏j∈JYj][X;\prod_{j\in J}Y_j] into the product set ∏j∈J[X;Yj]\prod_{j\in J}[X; Y_j] defined by φ↦\varphi \mapsto ([prj]∘φ_j]\circ \varphi )j∈J_{j\in J} is bijective.

Surjectivity results immediately from I, p. 25, prop. 1. Let us prove injectivity. Let ff and gg be continuous mappings of X into ∏j∈JYj\prod_{j\in J}Y_j. For each j∈Jj\in J, put fj=f_j= prj∘f_j\circ f and gj=g_j= prj∘g_j\circ g; suppose fjf_j homotopic to gjg_j and let σj\sigma_j be a homotopy joining fjf_j to gjg_j. The mapping σ=(σj)\sigma = (\sigma_j) of X×IX\times \mathbf{I} into ∏j∈JYj\prod_{j\in J}Y_j is continuous (loc. cit.) ; it is a homotopy joining ff to gg, whence the proposition.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
