Topologie algébrique, chapter IV, § 4. Théorie de la descente

Let X and Y be topological spaces and let f:X→Yf: X\rightarrow Y be a strict and surjective mapping. Let T and T′T' be spread Y-spaces. If there exists an X-isomorphism X×YT→X×YT′X\times_YT\rightarrow X\times_YT' compatible with the canonical descent data, the Y-spaces T and T′T' are isomorphic.

Let ψ:X×YT→X×YT′\psi : X\times_YT\rightarrow X\times_YT' be an X-isomorphism of spread spaces. By proposition 4, there exists a unique morphism of Y-spaces φ:T→T′\varphi : T\rightarrow T' such that ψ=f∗(φ)\psi =f^*(\varphi ). Since ff is surjective, the mapping φ\varphi is bijective. It then follows from cor. 2 of I, p. 30 that φ\varphi is an isomorphism, since the Y-spaces T and T′T' are spread.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
