Theory of Sets, chapter II, § 3. Correspondences

Let G be a set of ordered pairs. The mapping pr1\mathrm{pr}_1 (resp. pr2\mathrm{pr}_2) of G into pr1G\mathrm{pr}_1\mathrm{G} (resp. pr2G\mathrm{pr}_2\mathrm{G}) is surjective; pr1\mathrm{pr}_1 is injective if and only if G is a functional graph.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
