Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 1. Prime ideals

Let KK be a field, a,(1≤i≤m)a, (1 \leq i \leq m) distinct elements of KK and, for each ii, let gig_i be a polynomial in K[X]K[X]; the principal ideal (X−ai)=mi(X - a_i) = m_i is maximal in K[X]K[X], hence, for every system (ni)1≤i≤m(n_i)_{1 \leq i \leq m} of mm integers ≥1\geq 1, the ideals minim_i^{n_i} are relatively prime in pairs. Then it follows from Proposition 5 that there exists a polynomial f∈K[X]f \in K[X] such that f(X)≡gi(X)(mod(X−ai)ni)f(X) \equiv g_i(X) \pmod{(X - a_i)^{n_i}} for 1≤i≤m1 \leq i \leq m, the difference of two such polynomials being divisible by ω(X)=∏i=1m(X−ai)ni\omega(X) = \prod_{i=1}^m (X - a_i)^{n_i}. If all the nin_i are taken equal to 1, we find the problem is solved explicitly by Lagrange's interpolation formula (Algebra, Chapter IV, § 2, no. 4).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
