Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 2. Rings and modules of fractions

Every prime ideal of a ring AA contains a minimal prime ideal of AA.

It is sufficient, by Zorn's Lemma, to show that the set P of prime ideals, ordered by the relation ⊇\supseteq, is inductive. Now, if GG is a non-empty totally ordered subset of P, the intersection p0p_0 of the ideals p∈Gp \in G is also a prime ideal: for if x∉p0x \notin p_0 and y∉p0y \notin p_0, there exists an ideal p∈Gp \in G such that x∉px \notin p and y∉py \notin p, whence xy∉pxy \notin p and a fortiori xy∉p0xy \notin p_0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
