Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 2. Rings and modules of fractions

Let BB be a ring and AA a subring of BB. For every minimal prime ideal pp of AA there exists a minimal prime ideal qq of BB such that q∩A=pq \cap A = p.

We write S=A−pS = A - p; then the ring A+=S−1AA_+ = S^{-1}A is identified with a subring of S−1BS^{-1}B (no. 1, Proposition 2) and on the other hand A+A_+ has only a single prime ideal p′p' since pp is minimal (no. 5, Proposition 11). As S−1BS^{-1}B is not reduced to 0 (since it contains A+A_+), it has at least one prime ideal r′r' and therefore r′∩A+=p′r' \cap A_+ = p'; if j=iBSj = i_B^S and we write r=j′(t′)r = j'(t'), then

iAS(r∩A)⊂r′∩A+=p′ i_A^S(r \cap A) \subset r' \cap A_+ = p'
hence r∩A⊂pr \cap A \subset p and, as pp is minimal, t∩A=pt \cap A = p; moreover, rr is prime in BB; if qq is a minimal prime ideal of BB contained in rr (Lemma 1), then a fortiori q∩A=pq \cap A = p since pp is minimal.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
