Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 4. Spectra of rings and supports of modules

The mapping p↦V(p)p \mapsto V(p) is a bijection of X=Spec(A)X = \mathrm{Spec}(A) onto the set of irreducible closed subsets of XX; in particular the irreducible components of a closed subset YY of XX are the sets V(p)V(p), where pp runs through the set of minimal elements of the set of prime ideals of AA which contain J(Y)\mathfrak{J}(Y).

As J(V(p))=p\mathfrak{J}(V(p)) = p for every prime ideal pp of AA and Y=V(J(Y))Y = V(\mathfrak{J}(Y)) for every closed subset YY of XX, the first assertion follows from Proposition 14; on the other hand, for Y⊃V(p)Y \supset V(p), it is necessary and sufficient that

p=J(V(p))⊃J(Y) p = \mathfrak{J}(V(p)) \supset \mathfrak{J}(Y)
(Proposition 11), whence the second assertion.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
