Commutative Algebra, chapter II, § 5. Finitely generated projective modules. Invertible fractional ideals

The hypothesis of Corollary 2 is fulfilled in the two following cases:

(1) AA is an integral domain and SS is the set of elements ≠0\neq 0 of AA, BB then being the field of fractions of AA. The invertible sub-A-modules of BB are also called in this case invertible fractional ideals; those which are monogenous free AA-modules AbAb (b#0b \# 0 in BB) are just the fractional principal ideals defined in Algebra, Chapter VI, § 1, no. 5.

(2) The ring AA is Noetherian and SS is the set of elements of AA which are not divisors of 0 such that BB is the total ring of fractions of AA. In this case S=A−⋃piS = A - \bigcup p_i, where the pip_i are the elements (finite in number) of Ass(A)\mathrm{Ass}(A) (Chapter IV, § 1), hence BB is semi-local (§ 3, no. 5, Proposition 17).*

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
