Commutative Algebra, chapter III, § 2. General results on filtered rings and modules

Let AA be a filtered ring and EE a filtered AA-module, the respective filtrations (An),(En)(A_n), (E_n) of AA and EE being exhaustive. Then (A^n)(\hat{A}_n) is a filtration compatible with the ring structure on A^\hat{A} and (E^n)(\hat{E}_n) a filtration compatible with the module structure on E^\hat{E} over the filtered ring A^\hat{A}; moreover these filtrations are exhaustive and define respectively the topologies on A^\hat{A} and E^\hat{E}. Finally, the canonical mappings gr⁡(A)→gr⁡(A^)\operatorname{gr}(A) \to \operatorname{gr}(\hat{A}) and gr⁡(E)→gr⁡(E^)\operatorname{gr}(E) \to \operatorname{gr}(\hat{E}) of graded Z\mathbf{Z}-modules are respectively a graded ring isomorphism and a graded gr⁡(A)\operatorname{gr}(A)-module isomorphism.

In what follows, for every uniform space XX, jXj_X will denote the canonical mapping from XX to its Hausdorff completion X^\hat{X} and X0=jX(X)X_0 = j_X(X) the uniform subspace of X^\hat{X}, which is the Hausdorff space associated with XX. Recall that the topology on XX is the inverse image under jXj_X of that on X0X_0 (General Topology,

Chapter II, § 3, no. 7, Proposition 12). Recall also that, for every uniformly continuous mapping f:X→Yf : X \to Y, f^\hat{f} denotes the uniformly continuous mapping from X^\hat{X} to Y^\hat{Y} such that f^∘jX=jY∘f\hat{f} \circ j_X = j_Y \circ f (loc. cit., Proposition 15); if XX is a uniform subspace of YY and E\mathscr{E} the canonical injection, X^\hat{X} is identified with a uniform subspace of Y^\hat{Y} and f^\hat{f} is the canonical injection of XX into Y^\hat{Y} (loc. cit., no. 9. Corollary 1 to Proposition 18).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
