Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 1. Notion of an integral element

Let RR be a ring, (Bλ)λ∈L(B_\lambda)_{\lambda \in L} a family of subrings of RR and for each λ∈L\lambda \in L let AλA_\lambda be a subring of BλB_\lambda. If each AλA_\lambda is integrally closed in BλB_\lambda, then A=⋂λ∈LAλA = \bigcap_{\lambda \in L} A_\lambda is integrally closed in B=⋂λ∈LBλB = \bigcap_{\lambda \in L} B_\lambda.

This follows immediately from Definition 3 and no. 1, Corollary 1 to Proposition 2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
