Commutative Algebra, chapter V, § 1. Notion of an integral element

If A=⨁i∈ZAi\mathbf{A} = \bigoplus_{i \in \mathbf{Z}} \mathbf{A}_i is an integrally closed graded domain, the domain A0\mathbf{A}_0 is integrally closed.

The field of fractions K0K_0 of A\mathbf{A}, is identified (in the notation of Proposition 21) with a subring of the ring of homogeneous elements of degree 0 of S−1AS^{-1}A; every element of K0K_0 integral over AA, (and a fortiori over AA) belongs therefore by hypothesis to AA.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
