Commutative Algebra, chapter VI, § 8. Extensions of a valuation to an algebraic extension

Let KK be afield, vv a valuation on KK and LL an extension of KK. A family (vi′)i∈I(v'_i)_{i \in I} of valuations on LL which extend vv and such that every valuation on LL extending vv is equivalent to a unique vi′v'_i is called a complete system of extensions of vv to LL.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
