Algebra, chapter II, § 1. Modules

If M2M_2 and M2′M_2' are two supplements of the same submodule M1M_1 of E, the set of ordered pairs (x,x′)∈M2×M2′(x, x') \in M_2 \times M_2' such that x−x′∈M1x - x' \in M_1 is the graph of an isomorphism of M2M_2 onto M2′M_2'.

It is immediate that it is the graph of the composite isomorphism M2→E/M1→M2′M_2 \to E/M_1 \to M'_2.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
