Algebra, chapter III, § 4. Tensor products of algebras

Let (Ei)i∈I,(Fi)i∈I(E_i)_{i \in I}, (F_i)_{i \in I} be two finite families of A*-algebras, with* EiE_i and FiF_i graded of type Δi\Delta_i for all i∈Ii \in I. For each i∈Ii \in I, let gi:Ei→Fig_i : E_i \to F_i be a graded algebra homomorphism of type Δi\Delta_i. Then, if hi:Ei→ε⨂i∈IEih_i : E_i \to \varepsilon \bigotimes_{i \in I} E_i and hi′:Fi→ε⨂i∈IFih'_i : F_i \to \varepsilon \bigotimes_{i \in I} F_i are the canonical homomorphisms, there exists one and only one homomorphism of graded A*-algebras of type* Δ\Delta, g:ε⨂i∈IEi→ε⨂i∈IFig : \varepsilon \bigotimes_{i \in I} E_i \to \varepsilon \bigotimes_{i \in I} F_i such that g∘hi=hi′∘gig \circ h_i = h'_i \circ g_i for all i∈Ii \in I. Also, if each gig_i is bijective, so is gg.

It suffices to apply Corollary 1 to fi=hi′∘gif_i = h'_i \circ g_i, noting that conditions (26) then follow from relations (25) applied to the hi′h'_i.

The homomorphism defined in Corollary 2 is also denoted by ε⨂igi\varepsilon \bigotimes_i g_i (if no confusion can arise); if, for each i∈Ii \in I, GiG_i is a third graded A-algebra of type Δi\Delta_i and gi′:Fi→Gig'_i : F_i \to G_i a graded algebra homomorphism, then

(ε⨂igi′)∘(ε⨂igi)=ε⨂i(gi′∘gi), \left( \varepsilon \bigotimes_i g'_i \right) \circ \left( \varepsilon \bigotimes_i g_i \right) = \varepsilon \bigotimes_i (g'_i \circ g_i),
as follows immediately from (30).

In the case of a skew tensor product of graded algebras of type Z\mathbf{Z}, we write ε⨂ifi\varepsilon \bigotimes_i f_i instead of ε⨂ifi\varepsilon \bigotimes_i f_i for homomorphisms fi:Ei→Fif_i : E_i \to F_i of graded algebras of type Z\mathbf{Z}; when I={1,2}I = \{1, 2\}, this homomorphism is also denoted by f1ε⊗f2f_1 \varepsilon \otimes f_2; when I={1,n}I = \{1, n\} and all the EiE_i (resp. FiF_i) are equal and all the fif_i equal to the same homomorphism ff, we write εf⊗n\varepsilon f^{\otimes n}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
