Algebra, chapter III, § 11. Cogebras, products of multilinear forms, inner products and duality

Suppose that the EpE_p are finitely generated projective AA-modules, so that the graded AA-modules (E⊗AE)∗gr(E \otimes_A E)^{*gr} and E∗gr⊗AE∗grE^{*gr} \otimes_A E^{*gr} can be canonically identified (II, § 4, no. 4, Corollary 1 to Proposition 4). If also the AA-modules A⊗AAA \otimes_A A and AA are then canonically identified (II, § 3, no. 4), the linear mapping E∗gr⊗AE∗gr→E∗grE^{*gr} \otimes_A E^{*gr} \to E^{*gr} which defines multiplication in E∗grE^{*gr} can be called the graded transpose of the coproduct cc.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
