Topological Vector Spaces, II, p. 40, § 5. Separation of convex sets

Suppose further that XX is a closed convex cone with vertex 0 and that ff is positively homogeneous. Then ff is the upper envelope of a family of functions which are the restrictions to XX of continuous linear forms in EE. For, let (uα)(u_\alpha) be a family of continuous affine linear functions in EE of which the restrictions to XX have ff as their upper envelope. Put uα=vα+λαu_\alpha = v_\alpha + \lambda_\alpha, where λα∈R\lambda_\alpha \in \mathbf{R}, and where vαv_\alpha is a continuous linear form in EE. We have λα=uα(0)≤f(0)=0\lambda_\alpha = u_\alpha(0) \leq f(0) = 0. On the other hand, if x∈Xx \in X, we have for every μ>0\mu > 0,

μ−1λα+vα(x)=μ−1(λα+vα(μx))=μ−1uα(μx)≤μ−1f(μx)=f(x) \mu^{-1} \lambda_\alpha + v_\alpha(x) = \mu^{-1} (\lambda_\alpha + v_\alpha(\mu x)) = \mu^{-1} u_\alpha(\mu x) \leq \mu^{-1} f(\mu x) = f(x)
therefore uα≤vα≤fu_\alpha \leq v_\alpha \leq f in XX so that ff is the upper envelope of the vαv_\alpha.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
