Integration, chapter VI, § 1. Integration of vector-valued functions

Let TT be a locally compact space, FF a Hausdorff locally convex space that is quasi-complete, and ff a continuous mapping of TT into FF such that f(T)f(T) is bounded. If M1(T)\mathscr{M}^1(T) is equipped with its Banach space topology, then the linear mapping λ↦∫f dλ\lambda \mapsto \int f\, d\lambda of M1(T)\mathscr{M}^1(T) into FF is continuous.

For every closed, balanced, convex neighborhood VV of 0 in FF, there exists a ρ>0\rho > 0 such that f(T)⊂ρVf(T) \subset \rho V; the closed, balanced, convex envelope BB of f(T)f(T) is therefore contained in ρV\rho V, and it is complete by hypothesis. If then ∥λ∥≤1/ρ\| \lambda \| \leq 1/\rho, it follows from No. 2, Prop. 8, and the relation ∥λ∥=λ+(T)+λ−(T)\| \lambda \| = \lambda^+(T) + \lambda^-(T), that ∫f dλ∈B/ρ⊂V\int f\, d\lambda \in B/\rho \subset V.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
