Integration, chapter VI, § 2. Vectorial measures . "

— Let F be a Hausdorff locally convex space, Fs′F'_s its dual equipped with the topology σ(F′,F)\sigma(F', F). We denote by LFs′∞\mathscr{L}_{F'_s}^\infty the vector space of mappings ff of T into Fs′F'_s, such that ff is scalarly μ\mu-measurable and is equal scalarly locally almost everywhere (for μ\mu) to a mapping of T into an equicontinuous subset of F′F'. We denote by LFs′∞L_{F'_s}^\infty the quotient space of LFs′∞\mathscr{L}_{F'_s}^\infty by the space of scalarly locally μ\mu-negligible mappings of T into Fs′F'_s.

When F satisfies the hypotheses of §1, No. 5, Prop. 13, the functions in LFs′∞\mathscr{L}_{F'_s}^\infty are μ\mu-measurable for the weak topology σ(F′,F)\sigma(F', F), but are not necessarily measurable for the strong topology on F′F', even if F is a Banach space (§1, Exer. 17). Under the same conditions, the scalarly locally μ\mu-negligible mappings of T into Fs′F'_s are identical to the locally μ\mu-negligible mappings of T into Fs′F'_s (§1, No. 1, Remark 2).

When F is a separable normed space, the elements of LFs′∞\mathscr{L}_{F'_s}^\infty are the mappings ff of T into Fs′F'_s such that ff is scalarly μ\mu-measurable and ∣f∣|f| is bounded in measure; one can then define a normed space structure on the space LFs′∞L_{F'_s}^\infty, by equipping it with the norm N∞N_\infty (Ch. IV, §6, No. 3).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
