Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter V, § 1. Hyperplanes, chambers and facets

Every point of E is in the closure of at least one chamber.

If E reduces to a single point, this is clear. Otherwise, let a∈Ea \in E and let H1,…,HmH_1, \ldots, H_m be the hyperplanes of H\mathfrak{H} containing aa. Since H\mathfrak{H} is locally finite, there exists a neighbourhood V of aa that does not meet any hyperplane of H\mathfrak{H} other than H1,…,HmH_1, \ldots, H_m. Let D be a straight line passing through aa and not contained in any of the HiH_i; if x∈D,x≠ax \in D, x \neq a, and xx is sufficiently close to aa, the open segment ]ax[]ax[ is contained in V and does not meet any of the HiH_i. Then ]ax[⊂U]ax[ \subset U; since ]ax[]ax[ is connected, it is contained in a chamber C, hence a∈C‾a \in \overline{C}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
