General Topology, chapter IV, § 5. Real-valued functions

Let AA be a set of the filter G\mathfrak{G}, let GA\mathfrak{G}_A be the filter induced on AA by G\mathfrak{G}, and let fAf_A be the restriction of ff to AA; then

lim⁡sup⁡GAfA=lim⁡sup⁡Gf. \lim \sup_{\mathfrak{G}_A} f_A = \lim \sup_{\mathfrak{G}} f.
For every cluster point of the filter base f(G)f(\mathfrak{G}) is a cluster point of the filter base fA(GA)f_A(\mathfrak{G}_A), and conversely.

For this reason, if ff is defined only on a subset AA of XX belonging to G\mathfrak{G}, we shall often write lim sup⁡Gf\limsup_{\mathfrak{G}} f instead of lim sup⁡GAfA\limsup_{\mathfrak{G}_A} f_A, by abuse of language.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
