General Topology, chapter IX, § 6. Polish spaces, Souslin spaces, Borel sets

The product and the sum of a countable family of Souslin spaces are Souslin spaces.

For each integer nn, let XnX_n be a metrizable space, PnP_n a Polish space, and fnf_n a continuous mapping of PnP_n onto XnX_n. The product (resp. sum) of the spaces PnP_n is Polish (no. 1, Proposition 1), and the image of this space under the mapping which is the product of the fnf_n (resp. the mapping which agrees with fnf_n on PnP_n for all nn) is the product (resp. sum) of the spaces XnX_n; the latter is metrizable, and is therefore a Souslin space.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
