Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 4. Séries de Hilbert-Samuel

If FF and F′F' are two qq-good filtrations on MM, there exists an integer mm such that Fn′⊂Fn−mF'_n \subset F_{n-m} for every n∈Zn \in \mathbf{Z}. In fact, there exists n2n_2 such that Fn′⊂qn−n2MF'_n \subset q^{n-n_2}M for every nn, hence Fn′⊂Fn−(n2−n1)F'_n \subset F_{n-(n_2-n_1)} for every nn.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
