Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Profondeur

Let AA be a noetherian ring, FF a closed subset of Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A), UU the complementary open set. In order that profF(A)⩾1\mathrm{prof}_F(A) \geqslant 1, it is necessary and sufficient that Ass(A)⊂U\mathrm{Ass}(A) \subset U (remark 2, No. 5). When this condition is satisfied, each irreducible component of Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A) meets UU, so that UU is dense in Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
