Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 1. Profondeur

A convenient form of th. 4 is the following: let AA be a noetherian ring, such that for every prime ideal pp of AA the ring ApA_p is integrally closed or of depth ⩾2\geqslant 2; then AA is normal. Let us indeed verify the assumptions of th. 4. Let p∈Spec(A)p \in \mathrm{Spec}(A). If ht(p)⩽1\mathrm{ht}(p) \leqslant 1, then one has prof(Ap)⩽1\mathrm{prof}(A_p) \leqslant 1, hence ApA_p is integrally closed. If ht(p)⩾2\mathrm{ht}(p) \geqslant 2, the ring ApA_p is either of depth ⩾2\geqslant 2, or integrally closed, which again implies prof(Ap)⩾2\mathrm{prof}(A_p) \geqslant 2 (No. 1, cor. 2 of prop. 1), whence the desired conclusion. One verifies analogously the following statement: let AA be a noetherian ring such that for every prime ideal pp of AA, the ring ApA_p is reduced or of depth ⩾1\geqslant 1; then AA is reduced.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
