Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 6. Extension des scalaires dans les algèbres régulières

a) Every quotient algebra of a kk-algebra essentially of finite type is essentially of finite type.

b) Every ring of fractions of a kk-algebra essentially of finite type is a kk-algebra essentially of finite type.

c) The product kk-algebra of a finite family of kk-algebras essentially of finite type is essentially of finite type.

d) Let k→k′k \to k' be a homomorphism of rings; for every kk-algebra AA essentially of finite type, the k′k'-algebra A(k′)=k′⊗kAA_{(k')} = k' \otimes_k A is essentially of finite type.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
