Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 6. Extension des scalaires dans les algèbres régulières

Let kk be a field and AA a kk-algebra. One says that AA is absolutely regular (resp. absolutely normal)1^1 if the ring A(k′)A_{(k')} is regular (resp. normal) for every radicial extension k′k' of finite degree of kk.

Every absolutely regular (resp. absolutely normal) kk-algebra is regular (resp. normal), as is seen by taking k′=kk' = k in definition 1. Recall that the kk-algebras AA such that the ring A(k′)A_{(k')} is reduced for every radicial extension k′k' of finite degree of kk are the separable kk-algebras (A, V, p. 117, th. 2).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
