Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 6. Extension des scalaires dans les algèbres régulières

Let kk be a field. The tensor product of two absolutely regular (resp. absolutely normal) kk-algebras, one of which is essentially of finite type, is an absolutely regular (resp. absolutely normal) kk-algebra.

Let AA and BB be two kk-algebras satisfying the hypotheses of the corollary. Let k′k' be a finite radicial extension of kk. The ring B(k′)B_{(k')} is regular (resp. normal); the ring A⊗kB(k′)A \otimes_k B_{(k')} is regular (resp. normal) by Prop. 7, as is the ring (A⊗kB)⊗kk′(A \otimes_k B) \otimes_k k' which is isomorphic to it.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
