Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 6. Extension des scalaires dans les algèbres régulières

Suppose the kk-algebra AA absolutely regular. Then the total ring of fractions FF of AA is identified with the product of the AqA_q, where qq runs through the set of minimal prime ideals of AA (IV, § 2, No. 5, Prop. 10); it is therefore a separable kk-algebra. Conversely, suppose that FF is a separable kk-algebra; for every minimal prime ideal qq of AA, the kk-algebra AqA_q is a ring of fractions of FF (IV, § 1, No. 1, Cor. 3 of Prop. 2 and No. 3, Cor. 1 of Prop. 7), hence a separable kk-algebra (No. 4, Prop. 6). If moreover the AA-module Ωk(A)\Omega_k(A) is projective, it follows from Cor. 2 that the kk-algebra AA is absolutely regular.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
