Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

If φ\varphi admits a lifting, the mapping (δ,φ~)↦δ+φ~(\delta, \tilde{\varphi}) \mapsto \delta + \tilde{\varphi} defines a simply transitive operation of the group of kk-derivations of AA into NN on the set of liftings of φ\varphi.

Let φ~0:A→C\tilde{\varphi}_0 : A \to C be a lifting of φ\varphi. The mapping δ↦δ+φ~0\delta \mapsto \delta + \tilde{\varphi}_0 induces a bijection of the set of mappings of AA into NN onto the set of mappings φ~:A→C\tilde{\varphi} : A \to C such that π∘φ~=φ\pi \circ \tilde{\varphi} = \varphi. Fix δ\delta, and put φ~=δ+φ~0\tilde{\varphi} = \delta + \tilde{\varphi}_0. In order that φ~\tilde{\varphi} be a homomorphism of kk-algebras, it is necessary and sufficient that δ\delta be a kk-derivation of AA into NN: indeed, for x,yx, y in AA and λ\lambda in kk, one has the relations

φ~(x+y)−φ~(x)−φ~(y)=δ(x+y)−δ(x)−δ(y)φ~(λx)−λφ~(x)=δ(λx)−λδ(x)φ~(xy)−φ~(x)φ~(y)=δ(xy)−δ(x)δ(y)−δ(x)φ~0(y)−φ~0(x)δ(y)=δ(xy)−φ(x)δ(y)−φ(y)δ(x), \begin{align*} \tilde{\varphi}(x + y) - \tilde{\varphi}(x) - \tilde{\varphi}(y) &= \delta(x + y) - \delta(x) - \delta(y) \\ \tilde{\varphi}(\lambda x) - \lambda \tilde{\varphi}(x) &= \delta(\lambda x) - \lambda \delta(x) \\ \tilde{\varphi}(xy) - \tilde{\varphi}(x)\tilde{\varphi}(y) &= \delta(xy) - \delta(x)\delta(y) - \delta(x)\tilde{\varphi}_0(y) - \tilde{\varphi}_0(x)\delta(y) \\ &= \delta(xy) - \varphi(x)\delta(y) - \varphi(y)\delta(x), \end{align*}

the last equality resulting from the fact that NN is of square zero. The proposition follows from this.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
