Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Endow the kk-module A/J⊕J/J2A/J \oplus J/J^2 with the structure of a kk-algebra defined in the above example. The mappings v↦hvv \mapsto h_v and h↦ψhh \mapsto \psi_h induce bijections between the following sets :

(i) the set of A/JA/J-linear retractions vv of dˉ\bar{d} ; (ii) the set of homomorphisms of kk-algebras h:A/J→A/J2h : A/J \to A/J^2 such that π∘h=IdA/J\pi \circ h = \mathrm{Id}_{A/J} ; (iii) the set of isomorphisms of kk-algebras ψ:A/J⊕J/J2⟶A/J2\psi : A/J \oplus J/J^2 \longrightarrow A/J^2 such that π∘ψ=pr1\pi \circ \psi = \mathrm{pr}_1 and ψ(0,z)=z\psi(0, z) = z for z∈J/J2z \in J/J^2.

Apply Prop. 1 with C=A/J2C = A/J^2 and N=J/J2N = J/J^2. Let φ:A→A/J\varphi : A \to A/J be the canonical surjection ; the homomorphism ρ\rho is a lifting of φ\varphi to A/J2A/J^2. The AA-module HomA/J((A/J)⊗AΩk(A),J/J2)\mathrm{Hom}_{A/J}((A/J) \otimes_A \Omega_k(A), J/J^2) is identified with HomA(Ωk(A),J/J2)\mathrm{Hom}_A(\Omega_k(A), J/J^2) ; after Prop. 1, the mapping v↦Hvv \mapsto H_v is a bijection of this set onto the set of liftings of φ\varphi to A/J2A/J^2. For x∈Jx \in J, one has 1⊗dx=dˉ(ρ(x))1 \otimes dx = \bar{d}(\rho(x)) ; for HvH_v to vanish on J, it is necessary and sufficient that v∘dˉv \circ \bar{d} be the identity mapping of J/J2J/J^2. This proves that the mapping v↦hvv \mapsto h_v induces a bijection between the first two sets described in the statement.

The mapping h↦ψhh \mapsto \psi_h is a bijection of the set of kk-linear homomorphisms of A/JA/J into A/J2A/J^2 onto the set of kk-linear homomorphisms ψ:A/J⊕J/J2⟶A/J2\psi : A/J \oplus J/J^2 \longrightarrow A/J^2 such that ψ(0,z)=z\psi(0, z) = z for z∈J/J2z \in J/J^2 ; moreover, for π∘ψh=pr1\pi \circ \psi_h = \mathrm{pr}_1 to hold, it is necessary and sufficient that π∘h=IdA/J\pi \circ h = \mathrm{Id}_{A/J}, that is to say z≡h(π(z))(modJ/J2)z \equiv h(\pi(z)) \pmod{J/J^2} for every z∈A/J2z \in A/J^2. Suppose these conditions satisfied. For hh to be a ring homomorphism, it is necessary and sufficient that the same be true of ψh\psi_h ; moreover, the homomorphism ψh\psi_h is bijective : the inverse mapping associates to an element zz of A/J2A/J^2 the pair (π(z),z−h(π(z)))(\pi(z), z - h(\pi(z))). This proves that the mapping h↦ψhh \mapsto \psi_h induces a bijection between the last two sets described in the statement.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
