Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Let kk be a ring, AA a linearly topologized formally smooth kk-algebra, MM an AA-module whose annihilator is open in AA. Then every derivation δ\delta of kk into MM extends to a derivation of AA into MM. Indeed, put B=A/Ann(M)B = A/Ann(M); the mapping λ↦(λ1B,δ(λ))\lambda \mapsto (\lambda 1_B, \delta(\lambda)) defines a ring homomorphism from kk into B⊕MB \oplus M (No. 1, Example), that is, a kk-algebra structure on B⊕MB \oplus M. The canonical surjection φ:A→B\varphi : A \to B is continuous, and therefore admits a lifting φ~:A→B⊕M\tilde{\varphi} : A \to B \oplus M; by loc. cit., pr2∘φ~pr_2 \circ \tilde{\varphi} is a derivation of AA into MM which extends δ\delta.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
