Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Let CC be a kk-algebra and NN a nilpotent two-sided ideal of CC. The proposition applies to the algebra CC endowed with the NN-adic filtration. If AA is a formally smooth linearly topologized kk-algebra, one obtains that every continuous homomorphism of AA into the kk-algebra C/NC/N, endowed with the discrete topology, lifts to a continuous homomorphism of AA into the kk-algebra CC, endowed with the discrete topology.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
