Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Let k0k_0 be a ring, kk a noetherian k0k_0-algebra formally smooth, and BB a local kk-algebra essentially of finite type. If the k0k_0-algebra BB is formally smooth for the mB\mathfrak{m}_B-adic topology, it is formally smooth.

There exist an integer n⩾0n \geqslant 0, a multiplicative subset SS of k[T1,…,Tn]k[T_1, \ldots, T_n], and a surjective kk-homomorphism S−1k[T1,…,Tn]→BS^{-1} k[T_1, \ldots, T_n] \to B. The algebra S−1k[T1,…,Tn]S^{-1} k[T_1, \ldots, T_n] is noetherian and formally smooth over kk (No. 3, Example 2 and No. 2, Prop. 4, a)), hence over k0k_0 (No. 2, Prop. 3, a)). The corollary then follows from Th. 3, c).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
