Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Let AA be a noetherian ring.

a) Let A′A' be a noetherian AA-algebra and BB a smooth AA-algebra. Then the A′A'-algebra A′⊗ABA' \otimes_A B is smooth.

b) Let BB be a smooth AA-algebra and CC a smooth BB-algebra. Then the AA-algebra CC is smooth.

c) Let BB and CC be two smooth AA-algebras. Then the AA-algebra B⊗ACB \otimes_A C is smooth.

This follows from Prop. 4 of No. 2 and from the analogous statements for algebras essentially of finite type (§ 6, No. 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
