Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 7. Algèbres lisses

Let AA be a noetherian ring, T=(Ti)i∈IT = (T_i)_{i \in I} a finite family of indeterminates. The AA-algebra A[T]A[T] is smooth. More generally, let F1,…,FmF_1, \ldots, F_m be elements of A[T]A[T], and let BB be the AA-algebra A[T]/(F1,…,Fm)A[T]/(F_1, \ldots, F_m). If at every maximal ideal nn of BB the class (mod. nn) of the matrix (∂Fj∂Ti)\left( \frac{\partial F_j}{\partial T_i} \right) is of rank mm, the AA-algebra BB is smooth (Theorem 3 of No. 9).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
