Algebra, chapter IX, § 1. Formes sesquilinéaires

Let E,E′E, E' be two left vector spaces over fields A,A′A, A' respectively, of dimension ⩾3\geqslant 3; let F(E)\mathfrak{F}(E) (resp. F(E′)\mathfrak{F}(E') be the lattice ordered set (for the relation of inclusion) formed by the finite-dimensional subspaces of EE (resp. E′E').

a) Let pp be a mapping from F(E)\mathfrak{F}(E) into F(E′)\mathfrak{F}(E') such that for all M∈F(E)M \in \mathfrak{F}(E), dim⁡p(M)=dim⁡M\dim p(M) = \dim M, and such that for every pair (M,N)(M, N) of elements of F(E)\mathfrak{F}(E), p(M+N)=p(M)+p(N)p(M + N) = p(M) + p(N). Now prove that pp is injective; if pp is bijective, there exists a bijective semilinear mapping uu from EE into E′E' such that one has u(M)=p(M)u(M) = p(M) for all M∈F(E)M \in \mathfrak{F}(E) (use Exercise 10 of Chapter II, 2nd ed., App. III).

(b) Give an example where A′=AA' = A is commutative, E′=EE' = E is of finite dimension, and where there exists a mapping pp from F(E)\mathfrak{F}(E) into itself, such that dim⁡p(M)=dim⁡M,p(M+N)=p(M)+p(N),p(M∩N)=p(M)∩p(N)\dim p(M) = \dim M, p(M + N) = p(M) + p(N), p(M \cap N) = p(M) \cap p(N), but there does not exist any injective semilinear mapping uu from EE into itself such that u(M)=p(M)u(M) = p(M) for M∈F(E)M \in \mathfrak{F}(E). (Consider the case where there exists a superfield A′′A'' of AA of finite degree and isomorphic to AA,

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
