Algebra, chapter IX, § 4. Sous-espaces totalement isotropes. Théorème de Witt

Suppose that A is a field. Let F be a non-isotropic finite-dimensional subspace of E; then E is the direct sum of F and F0F^0.

Indeed, since the restriction Φ′\Phi' of Φ\Phi to F is non-degenerate by assumption, the mapping dΦ′d_{\Phi'} from F into its dual F∗F^* associated on the right with Φ′\Phi' is injective, hence bijective since F and F∗F^* are two spaces of the same finite dimension. Consequently, for every y∈Ey \in E, there exists one and only one element y0y_0 of F such that Φ(x,y)=Φ(x,y0)\Phi(x, y) = \Phi(x, y_0) for every x∈Fx \in F, that is, y−y0∈F0y - y_0 \in F^0; this proves that E is the direct sum of F and F0F^0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
