Algebra, chapter IX, § 10. Angles

Since every inverse similitude of EE is the product of a direct similitude and the symmetry with respect to Ae1Ae_1, the matrices No. 1

of inverse similitudes with respect to (e1,e2)(e_1, e_2) are the matrices of the form (a−δbb−a)\begin{pmatrix} a & -\delta b \\ b & -a \end{pmatrix}.

Henceforth we shall denote by SS the group of similitudes of EE, by S+S^+ that of direct similitudes, by HH that of homotheties ≠0\neq 0, and by O+O^+ that of rotations. Recall that one has H⊂S+(§6,n°5)H \subset S^+ (§ 6, n° 5).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
