Algebra, chapter IX, § 10. Angles

The group O+O^+ of rotations is commutative. Whatever the vectors x,yx, y of EE such that Φ(x,x)=Φ(y,y)≠0\Phi(x, x) = \Phi(y, y) \neq 0, there exists one and only one rotation uu such that y=u(x)y = u(x).

The first assertion follows from Corollary 1. The latter also shows that there exists one and only one direct similarity uu such that y=u(x)y = u(x); since Φ(u(x),u(x))=Φ(x,x)\Phi(u(x), u(x)) = \Phi(x, x), the multiplier of uu is equal to 1, and uu is therefore a rotation.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
